Apex Cellars was launched in 1988 by Harry Alhadeff with Brian Carter as winemaker. The winery has three main brands Apex, Apex II , and Bridgman. They have a tasting room at 357 Port Street, in Prosser. Their wines include Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer Ice Wine, Merlot, Dry Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah, Viognier and Late Harvest Semillon.

Bonair Estate Winery is situated in the heart of the Washington State wine region called the Yakima Valley - the best growing region of the great desert named the Columbia Valley Wine Appellation. They produce big buttery Chardonnay, Reserve Chardonnay, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon, Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, some killer Merlot, and other nice blends. The winery produces about 6000 cases annually with production capacity to double that amount

Bonair Winery is the culmination of Gail and Shirley Puryear's dream. The winery opened in1985 becoming Washinton's 35th winery. Bill Mechem is the winemaker. Their philosophy is simple, make the best wines they can.

Claar Cellars is a family owned Estate Winery. Audrienne and Russell Claar developd the first farm in 1950 and planted the first grapes in 1980   The 90 acres of vineyards(1081 Glenwood Road , Pasco) are on south and southwest facing hillsides above the Columbia Rive atWhite Bluffs . The winemaker is Bruno Corneaux

Their wines include Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Sangiovese. They produce about 25,000 cases annually.

Eaton Hill Winery, established in 1987, is one of the pioneer wineries in the Yakima Valley. Ed and JoAnn Stear, owners/winemakers, continue to produce award-winning wines. They are located in the the historic Rinehold Cannery.

Handcrafted wines are: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Semillon, Muscat Canelli, Riesling, Riesling with nectarine or apple, Gewürztraminer, Orange Muscat, Malvasia d'Oro, Ambrosia, and Port Styles in Cabernet Sauvignon

Hyatt Vineyards was established by Leland and Lynda Hyatt in 1983 Hyatt Vineyards has grown to 180 acres in four separate sites all within 3 miles of the original plantings. Each of the four different vineyards, Cherry Hill, Three Rocks, Roza Ridge and the original Estate Vineyard display significantly distinct soils, elevation and exposure. Varietals include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Chardonnay, Riesling, Black Muscat and Zinfandel

They have two brands, Hyatt Vineyards and Roza Ridge. Andy Gamache is the winemaker.

From Hyatt Winery, views West and Northwest showcase the two dramatic mountains of the Cascade Range, Mount Adams to the left and Mount Rainier to the right.

Jim and Kris Russi reopened an historic landmark in the Wapato area using the same name that has graced the building since 1911. They originally opened as a general store. When they had success selling local wines they turned to winemaker Dave Minick and started their own winery in 2002, try their Black Muscat Wine you won't be disappointed

Paul Portteus and his wife Marilyn, and family friend Enrique Rafanelli started planting grapes in 1981. A year later Paul gained sole ownership. His original first two vintages were destroyed by a fire in1984.They were among the first to plant Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. In 1999 winemaker Paul Vendenberg was hired.

Portterus claims to be the only winery in Washington growing Zinfandel.

Portteus estate vineyards now spreads across approximately 74 acres of the Rattlesnake Hills AVA.  Varietals grown by Portteus include Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot, in addition to the original 1981 plantings of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Big red wines are the specialty of this long established winery

In 1996 Scott Greer obtained 76 acres of land in the Yakima Valley and planted 4 acres, his first harvest came in 2000 which produced a Syrah and a Red Wine Blend now known as L'Orage.

In 2001 Chris Hoon became the vineyard manager, Scott is the winemaker. His philosophy: "My work at heridan is a passion and labor of love. Each vintage I hope to be better than the last, ultimately producing wines of power, beauty and balance. Two brands Sheridan and Kamiakin."

Silver Lake at Roza Hills located in the heart of Rattlesnake Hills. Founded in 1987, Silver Lake Winery is Washington's largest consumer owned winery, the are wned by Washington Wine and Beverage Company. They also operate tasting rooms for its Silver Lake Brand in Woodinville and Leavenworth, Washington.

Located in the middle of a cherry orchard with native shrub-steppe plants bordering the farm land. The tasting room is in a Quonset hut left over from WW II It is a rustic farm building that was converted to meet all of the winery's needs.

The winery opened in 2006, it is owned by Tom and Susan Garrison with Terry and Anne Harrison. The winemaker is Anke Freimuth-Wildman.

Two Mountain Winery is a family affair. Owned and operated by brothers Matthew and Patrick Rawn. In 1951, their grandfather Phil Schmidt established Schmidt Orchards with 40 acres of peaches, apricots, prunes, and apples. They planted Two Mountain Vineyard in 2000 and crushed the first vintage in 2002. "Two Mountain" is inspired by majestic Mt. Rainier and Mt. Adams that form the breathtaking backdrop of Two Mountain vineyard

The winery produces eight varietal wines – Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Syrah, Lemberger, Cabernet Sauvignon and Touiga Nacional – along with a Dry Rose' and a Red Blend. The majority of the grapes are sourced from Two Mountain's estate vineyard.

Windy Point Vineyards

A perfectly located winery sitting on top of the hill overlooking the valley surrounded by vineyards. Tanislaw Stepniewski purchased Windy Point Fruit Ranch in 1972, he was struck by the similarity to vineyards he had seen in Europe. Although he never completed this dream his son Mike along with his wife Liz achieved it.

Liz is the winemaking maker producing high quality wines. Specializing in Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and red blends. Their goal is to remain “boutique,” with total annual production of 3,000 cases
